respect yourself, others and the space. Be aware of each other and the studio. Respect the instructor and other riders and unless cued to do so, no speaking while class is in progress.
Don’t be afraid to sweat (a lot). It is anticipated that you will get hot. Be aware of cleanliness and avoid strong scented products and body odour.
Come to Full Tilt to get away. Leave it at the door to lose yourself in this safe space. This includes cell phones. If you are expecting an important call, the front desk will be happy to answer your phone for you if you leave it with us.

Full Tilt Cycle boutique cycling studio offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Rides can be booked up to a week in advance up to 30 minutes before the ride starts pending an available bike. To book a bike, you must have paid for it when booking. Booking a bike includes choosing where in the pack you want to be positioned.
It is important to remember to hydrate before, during, and after you ride. Bring your own bottles and fill them at our water cooler or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.
Please do not come to ride on an empty stomach. Have a full meal a few hours before class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.
We suggest wearing fitted pants or shorts and a light and breathable top.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure that you have ample time to check-in, change, and set-up your bike. If you have not checked in at least 5 minutes before class, your bike may be allocated to a rider on our waitlist.
First timer? If it’s your first time, let our front desk team know so we can help you optimally set up on the bike. All first-time riders are required to fill out a waiver at the front desk. All riders are accountable for ensuring their waiver has been signed and 16 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian’s signature in person.
If you have booked online (recommended) ensure you initial the sign in sheet upon arrival. If you have not signed in 5 minutes prior to the ride starting we will assume you are not here and your bike may be given away.
Check in with your body and bike before you get going. Tighten all the levers on the bike and make. Do what feels good for you! Feel motivated by the instructors and push yourself to your own limits! Feel free to ask questions after class about something that didn’t make you feel optimal.
Power your pedal and clip in! Optimize your ride and rent some cleats from us or feel free to bring your own as long as they have SPD or LOOK DELTA(not KEO) cleats.
A sweat towel will be supplied to each rider. We also offer shower facilities that are stocked with towels, shampoo, and body wash. In addition, we offer ear plugs, hair elastics, and hair dryers.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full Tilt Cycle has a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your bike 12 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to you. If you cancel your bike within our 12-hour cancellation policy, your credit will be lost.
