What does going FULL TILT mean to me: Push your limits, stay focused, surprise yourself.

 

What riders can expect from my class: A leg burning, lungs pumping, heart heaving, soul feeding ride to a soundtrack of fellow heavy breathers and a self-deprecating instructor with thinly veiled motivational threats. 

Something crazy about myself: I tear up the dance floor the minute Baby Got Back comes on. Also, I’m very uncomfortable around birds. 

Music style:  In my classes, you’ll get songs that’ll make you sing, sweat, curse/cringe/cry.
