What riders can expect from my class: People will come to work out their mind, body and soul. It will be challenging and fun!!
Something crazy about myself: I have two degrees and would love to go back for more!! I'm super composed except when I am comfortable around people and then I turn into a very witty person who really likes to make people laugh and have a great time.
Music style: Anything that sounds good loud...mostly so you can't hear me sing along!
