FTC 30

Thirty minutes. One RealRyder bike. All heart. A fast-paced rhythm ride with high energy, optional arm work, and an optional lights-down intention track. The RealRyder’s tilt and turn add core engagement and a more dynamic ride. Short class, lasting impact.

FTC 45

A 45-minute rhythm ride on RealRyder bikes to move, reset, and reconnect. Expect sprints, digs, tap backs, up to two arm tracks, and a lights-down intention track. The RealRyder’s side-to-side motion challenges your core and balance for a full-body burn. Full-body, full-heart.

FTC 60 – SPIN \\ STRENGTH \\ STRETCH

One hour. All in. Ride to the rhythm on RealRyder bikes, then hit the floor for focused strength training. The RealRyder’s dynamic movement activates your core and stabilizers, enhancing every part of your ride. Expect a full-body burn, a soul-fueled intention track, a juicy stretch at the end and a community that lifts you higher.  Power. Balance. Reset.
